MEMBERSHIP SERVICES
Membership Services is located in the Venue Services building adjacent to the main entry to the SFS.

The sale and collection of all Member day passes in addition to all general membership enquiries and transactions will be from the Membership Counter to the right on entry into the Venue Services Office.

The Membership Counter is staffed from 9am for weekday events and from 30 minutes prior to Member gate opening times on weekends.

CARD MISUSE
Gold Members are reminded that their membership card is for personal use only and is strictly non-transferable under all circumstances. It is your responsibility to ensure that your card is secure at all times and cannot be “borrowed” by anyone else to use. Misuse of Member cards may result in suspension of a Member.

Regular random checks of photo ID membership cards will take place at the Member turnstiles through the season.

SEAT SAVING STICKERS
Reserving seats for friends and/or guests who have not yet arrived at the ground is not permitted. Members are advised that they can reserve one seat per Member card and one seat per Guest card for patrons who are on the premises. Seat saving stickers are only available from Customer Service staff at gate entry. Seat saving stickers may be used to reserve a seat from:

  • Gate opening to the start the match.
  • A maximum of 15 minutes during the event

Always remember to return to your seat before the reservation period expires. Customer Service staff will remove stickers from seats once the time has passed.

Members must respect the temporary reservation of a seat while a Member and/or guest may leave their seat for refreshments or other reasonable purposes.

It is not practical to have staff on hand in all areas throughout the Reserve to police this regulation, so we ask that you and your guests observe the spirit of fair play.

ETIQUETTE
In the interest of safety and for the convenience of Members and guests, please observe the following:

  • Stand to allow other patrons to pass in the aisle where you are seated.
  • Do not attempt to step over or between the backs of seats.
  • Standing or sitting in aisles is not permitted.

Mobile phone use is distracting and offensive to Members in seating areas. Please be considerate of others and minimise use while seated in the bays and during the game.

WHEELCHAIR SPACES
Members and guests in wheelchairs are catered for in Bay 71 on level 2 of the Members Reserve. Spaces are accessed via the lift on entry at Gate A.

CARER'S POLICY
Disabled Members who are unable to attend the ground without the assistance of another person accompanying them should contact Membership Services to obtain a day pass.

TAB/ATM
A TAB outlet and ATM are located on level 3 of the Members Reserve.

UMBRELLA POLICY
Umbrellas may be brought into the venue, however are not to be opened in seating and standing areas during play.

SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN
To ensure the enjoyment of fellow Members, parents/guardians have a responsibility to control the movement and behaviour of their children within the Members Reserve. Children are not permitted into bar areas.

PRAMS AND STROLLERS
The Trust acknowledges that some Members require the use of prams or strollers when attending events at the SFS.

It is important however, that prams and strollers must not be stored in thoroughfares or pedestrian pathways. Strollers can be placed in seating areas if they can be folded and placed under the seats.

Prams and strollers can be placed in wheelchair accessible bays as long as the space is still available for patrons with a disability. The SFS does not have cloaking facilities and as such any prams and strollers which are stored outside of the venue are done at the Members’ own risk.

If required, seek a Customer Service staff member for assistance.

NON-SMOKING POLICY
The SFS is a non-smoking venue.
