Event Day Staff

The Sydney Cricket & Sports Ground Trust provides casual employment on event days for both Customer Service staff and Crowd Safety staff.

Our Event Day Staff are the face of our venue and you become the first and last impression of our patrons and their experiences at the venue. As the Trust stages events at Allianz Stadium and the Sydney Cricket Ground year round, we require staff that have a genuine interest in continuing casual employment with the Trust.

Customer Service Staff

We require people with demonstrated customer service experience to join our existing team of ushers and turnstile attendants. You will have a minimum 1-2 years experience in a customer service role, exceptional communication skills including problem solving and an ability to give clear and concise instructions. You will take pride in your personal presentation and have a neat and tidy appearance. Ideally you will have knowledge of the various types of sporting events held at our venues. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Senior First Aid are preferred but not essential.

Crowd Safety Staff

We are looking for fully licensed individuals with crowd safety experience to join our existing team. You will have a minimum 1-2 years experience in a crowd safety role. Minimum qualifications for this role are a current Security Licence (1AC), Senior First Aid and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA). You will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills including problem solving and an ability to give clear and concise instructions. You will take pride in your personal presentation and have a neat and tidy appearance. Ideally you will have knowledge of the various types of sporting events held at our venues. Applicants for both Customer Service and Crowd Safety staff are required to be flexible in availability, especially Monday/Friday nights, Saturdays and Sundays.
