Strength Classes

SFC HIIT
This class is designed for those seeking to challenge both cardiovascular and muscle conditioning systems, pushing you to your limit. No Super Circuit class is the same and is most definitely not for the faint hearted.

BODY PUMP
A rapid fat-burning class that uses barbells to tone and condition muscles, providing the fastest body fat loss of any fitness class!! 

BODY SCULPT
Low impact aerobics with hand weights, followed by total body conditioning before finishing with a relaxing stretch.  

RAPID CORE 30
This new, fun and creative 30min workout focuses on developing your core stability and strength using functional equipment to challenge your core in ways its never been worked before! 

AQUA
A low impact class performed in water. Aqua provides a whole body condition and cardiovascular workout using noodles, dumbbells.

Mind and Body Classes

PILATES
A series of controlled and fluid movements aimed at stretching and strengthening postural muscles. Pilates promotes core stability for a stronger injury proof physique. 

YOGA
An ancient mind and body practice which consists of a series of posture, stretching and breathing techniques. This class promotes strength, flexibility and a sense of wellbeing. 

YOGALATES
A fusion of the ancient traditions of Yoga with the mat work principles of Pilates. A must for those who enjoy either discipline! 

FITBALL & STRETCH
The unstable base provided by Fitball works all postural muscles and stabilisers to better promote core strength, flexibility, health, posture and balance.

CWORX
Looking for a short, sharp workout that’ll inspire you to the next level of fitness? It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and injury prevention. Burn 230 calories in just 30mins! 

BODY BALANCE
A yoga, Tai chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm.

Cardio Classes

RPM
An indoor cycling workout with music taking you on a gruelling journey through flats, hills, speed racing and Intervals, cover an average of 25kms. 

RUN CLUB
We welcome a diversity of Members’ interests, age and ability. The common thread is that you enjoy running. 

VELOCITY
Challenge your cardio system with this non impact indoor cycling program to music. Beginners to elite athletes can work at their own pace. 

ZUMBA
The Zumba program is an effective exhilarating, Latin inspired, easy to follow, calorie burning dance fitness party. 

STEP
Sweating to the beat of the latest dance music, in this fun-filled class which promises to be a great cardiovascular challenge. 

BOXING CIRCUIT
The most popular class on the timetable! The Circuit class uses boxing as its key ingredient with plenty of organised action. Discover how hard you can work using only your upper body!
