The SCG Trust has created the following Facebook, Twitter and Instagram social media accounts:
We also have our own YouTube channel - SCGTrustTV and there is a free phone app that brings you closer to your favourite teams and enhances your experiences with exclusive content, offers, rewards, add to calendar features, fan cam and so much more.
The venues are cherished by old and young alike, and our demographic of social media followers reflect this with a wide age group of children and adults following our accounts.
As per the Facebook and Twitter guidelines, we strive to maintain a safe, trusted environment where people can learn more about the SCG Trust’s venues and their events.
Followers are requested to remember that posts which do not meet the Community Standards of Facebook and Twitter may offend fellow followers and the SCG Trust.
Therefore, the SCG Trust may from time to time deem it necessary to delete comments and/or block followers which violate the following conditions:
- Violate Facebook and Twitter Community Standards
- Bully, impersonate, harass, or denigrate
- Nudity or other sexually suggestive content
- Graphic content
- Constant negativity or aggressive comments
- Content that contains self-harm or excessive violence and threats
- Spam and promotion of other organisations/services
Comments which do not meet the guidelines above will be deleted permanently.
Note: Some comments are deleted by Facebook automatically due to spam and language filters, we do not control what Facebook decides is deleted.
Banned users can request reinstatement by contacting the SCG Trust Communications team after six months.
If you would like to report an issue or breach of these rules please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We thank you for your co-operation.
