Seating & Tickets

Viewing spaces accessible for wheelchairs or mobility chairs are available on the concourse level in bays 24 and 25 at the northern end of Allianz Stadium.

To purchase these tickets, please contact the Ticketek special needs hotline on 1300 665 915. If you plan to collect tickets for an Allianz Stadium event, the box office in the Allianz Stadium forecourt has a ramp for accessibility.

Allianz Stadium participates in the NSW Companion Card Scheme, offering free adjacent seats for patrons requiring a carer. To make use of your Companion Card, notify Ticketek when buying your ticket and bring the card with you to the ground. The card must be presented on request or the appropriate ticket fee applies.

Seats on the concourse (lower) level along the east and west sides of the field at Allianz Stadium (bays 8 to 18 and 30 to 40) may also be accessible for patrons with minor mobility disabilities. Access to this level requires climbing a maximum of four steps and then the ability to walk to your seat row down elongated steps without hand rails. These seats can be booked with the normal public Ticketek booking system.

Viewing spaces accessible for wheelchairs or mobility chairs are available in bay 71 (outside the Captains' Bar on level 2) of the Allianz Stadium Members Stand. These spaces offer adjacent companion seating for Members or their guests.

For major events, such as international rugby where demand for these spaces may exceed the number available, they can be reserved without charge by calling the Membership Services team on 1800 80 11 55.

The Membership Services team can also help with reserving seats suitable for Members or guests with minor mobility issues (such as when having an aisle seat would be helpful). These can be purchased by phone (not available online) as part of the usual Member seat reservation system.

Corporate Entertainment

Many corporate entertainment and dining areas and private suites are wheelchair accessible, including all private suites on the concourse level at the southern end of the ground and the Chairman's Lounge in bay 57 of the Nick Shehadie Stand. Please ask your host to check with our sales team representative about access or any special requirements.

Getting To & From the Ground

Vehicles with a valid NSW Mobility Parking Scheme permit can use the reserved disability spaces in the MP1, EP2 and EP3 car parks (see our site maps for locations). As with all car parking at our grounds, this is subject to availability and cannot be pre-booked.

Car/Taxi Drop Off & Pick Up

Patrons with disabilities can be dropped off at the Allianz Stadium forecourt off Driver Avenue. Enter from Moore Park Road.

This area can also be used for pick-ups but this section of Driver Avenue may be closed for up to an hour after events to allow for the most rapid clearance of cars from the car parks. The nearest taxi rank is located in the Entertainment Quarter.

Public Transport

Numerous bus routes service the event day bus stop on Driver Avenue between the SCG and Allianz Stadium. See our Transport page for details.

Getting Into & Around the Ground

Public patrons using the wheelchair spaces in the northern stand concourse (bays 24 and 25) should enter the outer gates off the Allianz Stadium forecourt and make their way clockwise to Gate C.

Corporate guests invited to private suites in the southern stand concourse should take the same path to Gate C, and then turn right after entering to use the wheelchair-accessible route at the back of the concourse seating to the southern stand. Corporate guests invited to the Chairman's Lounge in the Nick Shehadie Stand should also enter the outer gates off the Allianz Stadium forecourt and continue clockwise around the ground to Gate G where there are lifts to the dining areas on level 2.

Members using the wheelchair spaces outside the Captains' Bar (bay 71) should enter via Gate A and take the lifts to level 2.

Toilets, Food Stores, Bars & Merchandise

Wheelchair-accessible toilets are available in all areas close to the wheelchair-viewing spaces in public and Member areas and the corporate dining areas on level 2 of the Nick Shehadie Stand. Bar, food, merchandise and ATM facilities are also accessible in these areas.

The closest wheelchair-accessible toilets for guests using private suites at the southern end of the ground are on the same concourse level near bays 13 and 35 (the bays closest to the centre line on each side of the ground).
