The Sydney Cricket Ground employs staff in areas such as events and partnerships, finance, communications and community, strategy and technology, human resources, member and customer experience, and facilities.

In addition event day staff perform customer service and security roles to ensure members, patrons and guests enjoy a memorable experience whilst visiting the SCG precinct.
